Yes, when done correctly. CrewSignal uses a carrier-registered sending number, includes a clear opt-out ("Reply STOP") in every message, and honors every opt-out permanently. You're responsible for letting your customers know at the time you collect their number that they'll get a review request text — we cover this in our Terms and SMS Terms.

No. CrewSignal sends exactly one review request per completed job or appointment — never more, even for customers who come back every few weeks. Duplicate job signals are automatically detected and ignored, so no one gets the same request twice.
We currently offer a Founding Member rate of $99/month with a $299 setup fee — limited to the first 10 clients, with that rate locked for life. After founding spots are filled, the standard plan is $149/month with a $499 setup fee. The setup covers connecting your software, configuring your sending number, and getting your message dialed in.
